Creating an account with C U T + P A S T E has many benefits! Your customer account at C U T + P A S T E will allow you to checkout with speedier service on your return visits, track current and past orders, store up to 3 different shipping addresses, and receive order confirmation and delivery notification emails.

ORDERING+PAYMENT

Placing an Order
To place an order , browse through the site and select the items that you would like to purchase by clicking "Buy Now". You can click on "View Cart" at anytime to update the contents of your shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout, click "Checkout" to begin the checkout process.

You will be prompted to login to your account before you can complete checkout. If you do not have an account, you can set open one with us, it's very easy and only takes a few minutes to do!

You can also complete checkout without creating an account, just select "Direct Checkout" when checking out. None of your user information will be kept in our records and you will not be able to review or track your orders.

When you are done shopping, remember to Log Off to protect your account!

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards and eChecks through Paypal. Paypal is a safe and secure way to make credit card payments on the web.




If you have selected Paypal as your method of payment, you will be redirected to their site during checkout. If you have an account, enter your login information at the prompt. You do not need to create a Paypal account to use Paypal. Orders paid by Paypal will be processed instantly. If you need more information, please visit the Paypal website by clicking here.



Sales Tax
California State Residents will be charged 7.975% sales tax upon checkout.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY
Please allow 2-3 weeks for order fulfillment and delivery. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. For standard delivery within the US, your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Once shipped, orders generally take 2-3 days for delivery.

International (including Canada) orders may select from Standard Air Mail or Global Priority delivery options for the fees listed below.

We offer different shipping rates for your needs. Should you need items rushed, please check our Express and Global Priority options. These are the shipping rates we currently offer:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do ship internationally to select countries. International orders may now select Standard Air Mail or Global Priority delivery for an additional fee. Please refer to the shipping rates chart for more information.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We want you to love what you ordered. If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know! We do accept returns or exchanges for STORE CREDIT ONLY for most items within 30 days of the shipping date. Please email us at info@cutxpaste.com within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and full responsiblity of customer.

Your refund will be issued as STORE CREDIT when return items are received.

VINTAGE ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS AND NON-REFUNDABLE

Sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges for beauty products, swimwear, underwear, earrings, or custom items.

ORDERING FAQ
How will I know if my order was received?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. The email will contain the details of your order and a link to track your order.

If you have an account at C U T + P A S T E, you may also log in at anytime to track your past and current orders.

How will I know when my order shipped?
You will receive a delivery email on the date your order was shipped. In the US, expect to receive your items 2-3 days from this date. All other countries, expect 7-10 days or longer depending on delivery method.

Why was my order cancelled?
If you received a cancellation email for your order, it was because we did not receive payment. Paypal order payments need to be received within 24 hours of placing order to avoid cancellation.

Can I put an item on hold?
Sorry, we do not place holds on items.
